We are currently working with a successful professional services client who are looking to hire a Senior Compensation, Benefits and Wellbeing Manager due to business growth. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programmes. Candidates must have experience of working in a compensation and benefits role, preferably including experience of wellbeing programmes. Duties to include: * Review of the current reward strategy. * Salary Benchmarking * Supporting senior stakeholders within the business. * Gender Pay Gap Reporting. * Build relationships with external benefit suppliers. * Research and renewal of all company benefits. * Collaborate with senior stakeholders on Wellbeing goals across the business. * Maintain an annual calendar of wellbeing activities to ensure employees feel valued. * Prepare annual forecast budget for all compensation and benefits. Our client, a reputable global firm are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Duties include; * Processing high volume monthly payroll in a team from start to finish including EPS & FPS * Process Starters, Leavers and Contract Variations * Processing of manual payments for New Joiners * Processing payments for any overtime and Holidays * Extensive payroll knowledge for maternity, sick pay * Complete manual calculations for SMP & SSP, Gross to Net payments * Experienced with example pivots and V look ups * Completing routine payroll data entry on systems * Processing confidential data and applying updates * Ensuring the verification and validation of data * Ensuring the correct application of statutory regulations in respect of data * Any other payroll administration duties You will have; * Strong previous payroll experience within a high volume and complex in-house payroll department * Able to process payrolls from start to finish including EPS & FPS & Bacs payments * Strong excel skills including lookups and pivot tables * Strong numeracy, analytical and interpretative skills * Ability to complete manual calculations * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and deliver to deadlines * Strong interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships at all levels * The ability to recognise issues and deal with payroll queries They are currently 1 day a week in office.
