My client has identified the need for payroll consultant with implementation exposure to join the payroll function on a permanent basis. We therefore seek a responsible individual, with enthusiasm and the ability to take on new challenges, streamline processes, implement new clients onto a bespoke system, and help support the payroll function. Key Responsibilities * Assess clients' payroll systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions * Deliver accurate start to finish payroll process on a monthly/weekly basis * Tax-year End * Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner * Ensure adherence to all Legislation * Create journals and ad-hoc reports * Liaise with HMRC when required * Acting as the go-to expert for our customers * Implement new features according business requirements Skills and experience valued in your role * MUST have implementation exposure * 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong up to date understanding of payroll laws and regulations * Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office suite * Excellent communication and customer service skills 48338FO1INDPAYS

Due to a restructure and a recently implemented new payroll software, my client is looking to hire a Payroll Manager Consultant to join them on a fixed term contract basis.This role will require candidates to start on short notice & commit to the length of the contract.
